Laurie Carroll’s new shed/studio

Posted by Laurie Carroll on March 3, 2010

Hi all,

I have found it useful in the past to see other artists studios as you can pick up some really good ideas on storing things layout etc….. This is a Duratuff Shed from Mitre 10 and is the MK 3A…..bigger than the last one I had and gives me enough room for the kilns and two torches. I was having to switch torches over in the last shed/studio. It was fairly easy to put together over about two weeks.  It would have been better if I had a flatter surface to stand it on. The floor boards wobble a bit and there is a bit of a lean…I just figure that helps the creativity..at least thats my excuse..Laurie
